Campervan hire Dorset
The Jurassic Coast is possibly Dorset’s favourite attraction. It was crowned England’s first natural World Heritage Site in 2001, and the site is of international importance. It tells us the history of the Earth spanning 185 million years through the fossils in its bays and cliffs. Impressive stuff! Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are two areas well worth a visit.
Dorset has beautiful golden beaches but if beaches aren’t your thing don’t worry – what about the many gardens on show such as Sculpture by the Lakes or catching a glimpse of the rare red squirrel on Brownsea Island!
