It works well as a day van as well as bigger adventures.

The van drives very well and is extremely quiet. A lot of this is because most of the mileage is motorway-miles.

There is a good rear view through the back door windows and there are reversing sensors.

It has a factory fitted Sat Nav. The stereo sounds very good indeed.

Cruise control make driving a pleasure.

There is a tow hitch which would be ideal for a bike-rack.

Diesel Heater to keep you warm.

A fixed awning rail and awning canopy are included. This takes no time at all to set up.

Toilet is housed underneath the single bench seat.

Water tank underneath the sink. The waste water is piped through the floor and can be fed to a waste tank or straight into the ground.

All electric goes through a power management system. 12v and 240v. We will arrange for a 240v sign-off before it is sold.

Twin burner Dometic Hob.

For your peace of mind we have had a full Landlord Gas Safe Certification done. Certificate is available.

It meets the DVLA requirements in all regards except the decals and one extra window in the side which could be fitted straightforwardly.

Genuine hardwood parquet floor which looks stunning.

Citroen vans have a warranty up to 100,000 miles so there is plenty left.

The fridge will run off 12v, Gas or 240v. We have it only on 240v presently, but it makes an excellent cool-box for day trips/weekends.

The large fixed bed is great to sit on during the day, is roomy at night (6’2″ and double bed size) and you do not have to put it up each night. The third berth is suitable for an adult and is made by bridging the two ample bench seats.

One of the huge advantages of this van is the amount of storage. Large areas under the bed, draws and cupboard to the rear of the van and cupboards under the kitchen.

There is ample weight left for you to make any additions to the van should you choose to do so. The van has been weighed and a certificate is available.

The van is insulated substantially throughout. It is warm and very quiet.
