Body work is in good condition with just two small dings – not seen in photoos – one mark on drivers door which will polish out.

The van has a very simple gas installation direct to the cooker. Turn off at the bottle. Gas detector fitted.
Also simple 240volt installation with wiring accessible. and camping type RCD/MCB including hook up cable.
Leisure battery for 12 volt electrics. 12v socket outlets, Voltage monitor. Water pump, Roof light, and two spotlights. Also diesel heater with remote control.
Fully insulated floor, walls and ceiling plus vapour barrier.
The van was fitted out with no frills but everything necessary for my own use, which is not now possible due to illness in family.

One berth bed setup at present, could be converted to two. Bed boxes quickly removable so it can be used as a normal van.
