Mechanically, she is sound as can be seen on the MOT history runs very well benefitting from a new
12-month MOT, oil service 2020 and fully serviced September, glow plugs and a new brake pipe
fitted this year. The brakes and a ball joint replaced last year.
She has all the essentials such as a Thetford electric flushing built-in loo (hidden away in its own
unit), charge leisure battery, 230v mains hook-up, 3-way fridge (12v, 230v and gas), 2 x gas hob, sink
with electric running water and an Eberspacher diesel blown air heating.
The kitchen is well planned out with eye level units and low level as well as utility drawers, with
further storage in the opposite cupboard as well as storage under the seats and the rear garage. The
garage houses the gas cupboard and freshwater tank.
Power is distributed through a Bonus PMS3 unit housing the switches for the lights and water pump,
leisure battery charger, and the 12v fuses and the 230v RCDs.
The well laid out van is perfect for a couple or a family of 4. She has enjoyed taking adventurers on
breaks for the last couple of years as a hire company being well maintained for guests – this means
she is ready to hire again if you want to share this lovely van with others, no warranty offered. Prior to conversion was
well looked after as a charity minibus.

The camper travels (4 x 3-point seat belts) and sleeps 4 – in a large double bed (or two singles if
preferred) made from the 2nd row travel seats and 2 bunks, made from a bench seat at the rear.
Dining table for 4+, with front seats both swivel to face backwards into the living space and the
second-row seats flatten out to create a pair of bench seats with a dining table. The fun dining table
stores away and forms part of the front entry into the garage area.
