Hoping for a quick sale so open to offers! No sale without in-person viewing.

This blue beauty is perfect for Vanlife, wildcamping, weekender trips and track days. 4 x 100w solar panels makes her FULLY SUSTAINABLE for off-grid living; we never hooked up to mains electric once in the last year living in her full-time. With an extra long wheel base and extra high roof, living space is ample and you can transport up to 4 passengers in road legal seats.

BONUS FEATURES: she has sliding doors on BOTH sides; potential for additional tent rooms and the convenience when parking up is huge. Two heavy duty brackets (originally held wheelchair lift machinary) under the van gives potential to add a rear porch or step. 4 points linked to the frame of the vehicle and coming through the ceiling board give potential to add a second, suspended bed.

Here’s what you’ll get when you invest in this lovely rolling home:

~ 4x100watt premium photovoltaic solar panels professionally installed by Sunstore in Worthing. Will produce more than 1kWh on a less-than-average-sunshine day

~ New Victron 800w inverter (peak 1000w>)

~ New Victron connect solar controller, monitor with bluetooth app on your smartphone

~ USB and UK plug 12v charging

~ 12v under-counter marine fridge with freezer compartment (solar powered ice cubes FTW, plus it’s much better looking than most 12v fridges)

~ Eberspracher diesel heater with seperate battery under the passenger seat. Heats the van up in under 10 minutes, self-regulates and uses barely any fuel

~ 2 leisure batteries (220aH) connected to alternator so that engine battery will also be charged by the panels and vice versa by the engine. If you’re ever under-voltage just fire up the engine and you’re good

~ Fantastic FanVent w/automatic rain sensor and manual override. Powerful and works just as well as an AirCon with much less draw. Tested up to 40 degrees C

~ Fully tinted windows by Global Tint, both stylish and private – nice cooling effect on hot days

~ Reclaimed oak kitchen tops, insulated interior, jute-rope surfboard rack

~ Electric water pump and full sized sink and drainer, plus 2x 25lt water containers

~ Super strong ceiling mounting points with potential to add a suspended bed

~ Masses of storage under benches/bed and bulkhead

~ Generously sized double bed (180x200cm, sleeps up to 5 small, 2-3 big) which converts into a large reclaimed oak table and benches (sits 6-8 people with no problems)

~ Bespoke black out blinds (including bulkhead blind for full stealth-mode) with velcro fastening easy removal, washing and storage

~ 2 removable, fully legal, passenger seats in the back (floor mounted slide n lock mechanism) so you can transport 4 passengers plus driver

~ Marine blue paint job. Very effective for stealth/wild camping as it blends in with surroundings, especially at night but much cooler than black paint work in hot weather

~ Revamped central locking by car electronics professionals in Suffolk in 2018, plus new fob made (2 full sets of key+fob)

She was a hospital transport bus in a former life and didn’t wander far, hence the low mileage, good condition and mint engine. Since we purchased last year we’ve been travelling, mainly in Portugal (travel tips available at no extra cost!). But now our travels are over, we’ve bought a farm there and want a Portuguese van to make life a bit easier, which is why we are selling. We wish we could keep her and are heartbroken to let her go, but c’est la vie! She’s the perfect canvas for you to build off and create you’re own dream home on wheels, with many more years of life in her still.

When fully loaded with 80+ litres of water, 4 humans, all the food and all the belongings she could still pull us up the mountain sides of Spain and Portugal. Slowly, but with torque to spare. She’s an incredibly tenacious and surprisingly nimble machine for her size. Pretty sure you’ll fall in love with her as hard as we did!

*I (owner Elizabeth) have had to return to Portugal for work so the V5 was transferred to my father, resident in Suffolk. Both he and my Mum will facilitate viewings and if there are any questions or concerns I am available at any time for video calls or messaging. Really highly recommend a viewing, test drive and experience this lovely van for yourself!
